A single candlestick can tell us up to 4 things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open price\/Close price<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The highest and lowest prices of that candlestick. If the candlestick is green, it&#039;s easy to remember that:<strong> Open low close high<\/strong> That is, the opening price will be at the lower body of the candle. There is buying power pushing the price up and causing the closing price to be at the upper body of the candle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for the red bars, it&#039;s easy to remember that: <strong>Open high close low<\/strong> Because there is selling pressure, the opening price will be above the candle body. After that, there is selling pressure pouring down, causing the closing price to be lower, resulting in a red candle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The highest price is at the end of the candle wick for both green and red candles, and the lowest price is at the end of the lower wick for both red and green candles. In addition, candlesticks can tell us about buying and selling power. Notice that the opening price is below and the opening price is pushed up, indicating that there is buying power. And if it is a candlestick that closes completely green like this, it means that there is a lot of motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next candlestick we will see that the opening price is at the bottom. After that, there is selling pressure but finally there is buying pressure pushing it back up, causing the closing price to be at the top and become a green candlestick. This is a pattern where there is still more buying pressure than selling pressure.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next, in the candlestick pattern, there is buying power pushing up as well, but the body of the candle may not be as long as the first one. It can be interpreted that the buying power is less, not as strong as the first candle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the next bar, you can see that the open and close prices are close together, but the close is higher, which is why it has a green wick. The equal buying and selling pressure indicates that the market is hesitating about which direction to go next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let&#039;s look at the next bar. Everyone, please take a close look at the opening price below and there was buying power that brought the highest price to this point. But in the end, there was selling power that pushed it back, causing the closing price to be below 50 percent. It can be interpreted that buying power has started to decrease.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The last candlestick, the opening price pushed up, but eventually there was selling pressure pushing it back down, making the candlestick very small, meaning that there was very little buying power in this candlestick. This is the characteristic when we will read the buying and selling power from the candlestick.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let&#039;s take a look.<strong>Red bar<\/strong>Some, starting from the left hand side, there is a lot of selling pressure, a big, long, solid red bar. Of course, this can be seen as a lot of selling pressure.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next bar is red. At first, there was no buying power, so it pushed up a bit, but there was a lot of selling power, so it pushed back down, causing the closing price to be lower than the opening price, indicating that there was a lot of selling power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next bar also had moderate selling pressure, not too long and not too big.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next bar is a bar with equal prices, meaning that the buying and selling power is equal, but the closing price is lower than the opening price, so it is a red bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next, this is the characteristic of selling pressure starting to decrease. You can see that there is buying pressure pushing it back up. There is little selling pressure but quite a lot of buying pressure.
